What does a typical engagement look like?
Three phases: Phase 1 (GTM Audit, 2–4 weeks) assesses strategy and creates a roadmap. Phase 2 (Execution, 6–12 months) builds systems and processes. Phase 3 (Graduation, 2–3 months) transfers knowledge to your internal team.
