Amplify Group was founded by
Jessica Schultz in 2022. Her vision for the firm is fueled by her passion for sales strategy, design, and execution.
Jessica has 15+ years of experience building new teams, strategies, processes, and systems to accelerate revenue growth and transformation within B2B focused organizations. She’s worked in Capital Markets, SaaS sales, and most recently prior to Amplify as a venture investor.
It was during her time as a venture investor that she was inspired to start the company. She was working closely with the fund's portfolio founders and realized how many of them were encountering the same go-to-market challenges. She saw an opportunity to solve these in a unique and unified way by offering strategy and execution services across all revenue centric functions - marketing, sales, customer success and revenue operations. Jessica's experience at large enterprise organizations in direct sales and leadership roles, combined with her investor experience, offer their clients a more diversified and scalable approach to revenue growth.
