Phase 2 — Execution (6-12 months): We build the engine — demand generation, CRM setup, sales playbooks, team training, campaigns, and coaching. Everything is documented into repeatable systems.
Phase 3 — Graduation (2-3 months): Knowledge transfer, documentation, recruiting support, and transition planning so your in-house team is fully empowered to run independently.
