Services Offerings

I offer four core services for B2B companies and the venture ecosystem:
  • Fractional CRO/CMO — Embedded 2-3 days/week as your interim revenue leader. I build the GTM engine your company needs.
  • Advisory — Strategic guidance through monthly calls. You drive execution, I provide the frameworks and accountability.

Fractional CRO/CMO is a "do it with you" model. I'm embedded in your company 2-3 days per week — attending team meetings, building processes, managing execution, and implementing your tech stack. Think of it as hiring a senior revenue leader part-time.

Advisory is a "do it yourself, with my guidance" model. I provide strategic direction through regular calls, but your team drives the day-to-day execution. Best for companies with capable leadership that need expert validation and frameworks.

Choose Fractional if: You're maxed out as a founder, your team is stretched thin, GTM gets deprioritized, or you need someone to build the systems from scratch.

Choose Advisory if: Your leadership team has bandwidth, your team can absorb the work, and you need a strategic sounding board more than hands-on help.
Most engagements follow a three-phase approach:

Phase 1 — GTM Audit (2-4 weeks): Full audit of your strategy, team, process, and technology. I define your ICP, map the customer journey, assess your team, and audit your tech stack. You get an executive summary with a prioritized roadmap.

Phase 2 — Execution (6-12 months): We build the engine — demand generation, CRM setup, sales playbooks, team training, campaigns, and coaching. Everything is documented into repeatable systems.

Phase 3 — Graduation (2-3 months): Knowledge transfer, documentation, recruiting support, and transition planning so your in-house team is fully empowered to run independently.

Pricing & Investment

Pricing depends on the engagement model:
  • GTM Audit (Phase 1): $10,000 - $25,000+ depending on company size and ARR
  • Fractional CRO/CMO: $10,000 - $20,000+/month
  • Advisory: Starting at $2,000/month
  • Fractional GTM Coaching (for fractional executives): $3,600 for a 3-month program
Every engagement is scoped to your specific needs. The investment reflects senior-level expertise without the cost of a full-time C-suite hire.

Fractional CRO/CMO: Typically 6-12 months for the execution phase, plus 2-3 months for graduation and offboarding

The program includes a preparation package, a 90-minute discovery session, two 45-minute coaching sessions per month, asynchronous Slack support between sessions, and a 1-hour completion session.
