Jess has spent 15+ years building go-to-market — across capital markets, SaaS sales leadership, and a stint as a venture investor. She founded Amplify in 2022 to fix the gap she kept seeing: strong product teams, weak commercial systems.
As a venture investor she watched portfolio founders hit the same go-to-market wall again and again. She started Amplify to solve it in one place — strategy and execution across every revenue function, not a deck handed off at the door.
Today she's a full-time operator, an active Venture Partner, startup advisor, board member, and angel investor — best known for an expansive network and a natural ability to build deep relationships. For founders, she turns deal-making instinct into a motion the next hire can run.
