Amplify has made a lot of exciting changes in the last year. We’re consistently adding new talented team members and inspiring clients to our portfolio. We also expanded our services to include marketing and recruiting over the past year.
We’re more capable and well-positioned for scale than we could have imagined so early in our growth story. Our brand did not reflect the vibrancy, diversity, and innovation of our offering and team, so we amplified it! See what I did there…
Today we are thrilled to announce the new Amplify brand.
We are incredibly grateful for the support and partnership of Odi (a Focus Lab company) in making this vision a reality. And we’re even more excited to give you a glimpse into the process and the evolution of Amplify. Let’s get into it.

Our new visual identity – Sincerely Spirited
We wanted to maintain some core elements of the original brand, like our signature dark green hue and mountain imagery, while bringing more vibrancy and visual sophistication to our overall identity. Odi helped us zero in on the phrase ‘Sincerely Spirited’ as our north star for the new brand, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result.
Our name Amplify has a personal meaning to me, as a vocalist and lover of music. The name also offered great visual imagery for what I sought out to do for our clients – to amplify their voice, growth, and impact. It is incredibly important to me that we offer tactical, practical, solutions. I want to make go-to-market strategy and execution equal parts approachable and enjoyable. Building a business and a brand should be FUN! I want our clients to feel encouraged, supported, and challenged by us. We show them the way, and hold them accountable to high standards, while helping them believe they can do it. Amplify - your ultimate hype team.
