Rachel is an ambitious and service-minded professional who has excelled in a variety of industries. She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Arizona, with minors in English and Business. Her work experience spans from restaurant management to her current role as Head of Operations at Amplify Group. Prior to Amplify Group, she held the position of Head of Platform at OCA Ventures and earned her Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification through HRCI. She is adept at managing complex operations strategically while building meaningful relationships along the way.
